  • Amanda White

    16+ years of experience in the industry, with Spin & Group Fitness certification. I love teaching HIIT, Cardio Kick Boxing, Bootcamp, Spin, and Boxing classes. My goal is to encourage people to find an activity they enjoy, as I know it will change their life (mind, body & spirit), like it did mine.

  • Andrea Morales

    I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach, X-Pert Certified Pole Fitness Instructor and Bootcamp Fitness Instructor with a background in gymnastics and over 10 years of experience spiring women to become empowered, healthier and stronger physically and mentally. 

    I specialize in HIIT workouts and strength training for weight loss, toning and muscle building. My pole classes are for those looking to challenge themselves to boost their strength, flexibility and self-confidence. 

    I believe that everything is possible with discipline, consistency and passion!

  • Teddy Matthews

    NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on mobility and flexibility. I am also certified in Pilates Mat by Equinox and Indoor Cycling by Stages. I strive to help my participants feel empowered in their own bodies; strengthening and lengthening with grace and purpose.
